Meet Chantal Wickman

First off congratulations! Now lets POP that champagne and take a deep breath because you don’t have to do this alone.

Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Chantal Wickman and I am a wedding coordinator located in Truckee, California. Planning a wedding should be FUN and relaxing and I am here to help you create your best day ever. I began my wedding journey in 2016 working for Dancing Pines. My passion sparked at the very first wedding I worked, I was emotionally invested, shredding tears when I saw the bride walk down the aisle. With my previous experience in coordinating events where I was leading projects and had a love for throwing parties, weddings was a dream come true. After my wedding I knew I had found my calling and decided to start my own coordination business. I believe that becoming a wedding planner stems from being very organized and inspired. The bottom line, I am lost without my checklists and either a hopeless romantic or wedding obsessed.

My driving force and ultimate goal is for clients is to experience their best day with excitement and without any stress. I want you to come to your wedding as a guest and be completely taken care of. Your job is to make magical memories, let me take care of the rest. I would be honored to be part of the day of your dreams.

Chantal's coordination services include the following:

Day of coordination is very different than wedding planning. Coordination is about overseeing the execution of all your wedding plans on the big day.

> 6 months out: We will hop on a zoom call to hear what you have planned so far and how I can help guide, and pinpoint, your vision.

> Leading up to the big day: Unlimited communication!

Every month we’ll have a regular check-in. This is typically an email where I note, in order of priority, what’s on my radar in relation to your wedding.

> 45 days out: Once a week zoom calls to go over any questions or concerns. I will create your timeline and will be in full communication with all vendors.

> 1 day prior: Facilitate rehearsal onsite to ensure ceremony runs smoothly.

> Day of: Will be first onsite at the venue to supervise set up and prepare all personal decorations. I am in contact with all the vendors throughout the day to make sure the timeline runs on time, which ensures that you can focus on your big day. At the end of the night I oversee all cleanup, vendor exists, and put away all personal decorations.

And most importantly, I don’t cap my hours. I’m with you all day and night.
