Day of Coordination Services
- From 6 month out services will include monthly zoom calls to review the overall plan and make any necessary updates
- Assist in finalizing wedding day timeline 4-6 weeks prior
- Confirm all vendors, send finalized timeline and confirm on site contacts 1 week prior
- Weekly zoom calls starting 2 months out
- Facilitate onsite rehearsal they day prior
- First onsite day of at venue to supervise vendor set up. In contact with all the vendors throughout the day to make sure the timeline runs on schedule
- Distribute vendor payments & tips day of wedding
- Wedding day preparation and set-up of personal Items
- Dessert bar set up (platters, additional decorations)
- Collection of personal items (after guests left) and put in tent cabin
Meetings and Communication
- Initial 1 hr. phone call consultation 6 months prior
- (1) wedding coordination meeting one month prior to wedding
- Ceremony rehearsal direction the day prior (1 hour)
Design Assistance
- Assistance with decor and design concepts via venue availability
